Gourmet Grad school BEGINS where most culinary schools end. 

The Majority of  culinary programs offer curriculum topics within a service operations model. These certification and degree programs briefly teach on culinary entrepreneurship. Their primary focus is on preparing students to start, manage or assume leadership roles in a restaurant that is already in business or on long term strategies to start and manage their own restaurant. 

When you’ve been dreaming of having the freedom to do what you love every day and make a living from it, you need the strategy to generate revenue now while implementing long term strategies for business success.

Evelyn Williams, Founder, CEO & Dean of Instruction/Curriculum Development, has established herself as a veteran in the culinary industry. With over a decade of experience serving in various chef, instructor and curriculum developer capacities, she’s done it all. She’s worked with celebrity clients and ran an award-winning cooking school all after making the decision to follow her passion and pursue culinary entrepreneurship full-time.

Evelyn is a warrior! She is well known for beating cancer without traditional treatment, teaching her life and cooking skills to women of color from around the world, and helping students build solid foundations that develop profitable and sustainable culinary businesses.

Now, Evelyn is offering to share her signature curriculum through her Culinary Entrepreneurship Academy, (Gourmet Grad School), to help students make their culinary education work for them, generate multiple streams of income to scale and expand their culinary business empires.

Chef Evelyn’s personal experience and progression through a myriad of roles with varying levels of responsibility within the culinary industry, extensive knowledge of culinary best practices and her established network of contacts allows Evelyn to provide a quality and experienced based signature curriculum. Aspiring culinary entrepreneurs will learn how to earn more without having to settle for the traditional roles offered to culinary graduates.
