The Chef’s Table Experience has the step by step strategy you need to build a high-end culinary brand from scratch, so that you can attract High-End Clients and Charge Premium Prices with confidence.

Let’s be honest,

You may be experiencing something in your business that is a sign you need to transition to a High-end Culinary Brand.

Specifically, there are 7 types of chefs who need a complete brand overhaul to reach their goal of culinary entrepreneurship freedom.

  1. You keep attracting clients with champagne tastes and tap water budgets. 🙄 You’re ready to move away from clients who want you to downgrade your creativity to meet their budget.

  2. You are booked, busy, and completely at capacity. 😩 There’s no margin in your schedule for play, leisure, or self-care. When was the last time you did something you enjoyed, OUTSIDE of cooking?

  3. You are offering a million and one services that you strongly dislike and would rather not. 😒 But you’re afraid of letting down your clients (and losing revenue) if you don’t offer the services they asked for.

  4. You’ve sacrificed your physical/mental well-being for the sake of your business.😔 Now you’re in a place where working yourself to exhaustion is no longer an option.

  5. You want to leave your corporate job to do your culinary business full-time. 😬 You’ve done that math, and you just don’t see how what you are currently making on the side can ever catch up to what you make in your corporate job.

  6. You want to add a premium service/offer to your business.🤔 You’ve already made a name for yourself and your brand, but (whether intentionally, or unintentionally) at a “bargain” price point.

  7. You want to start your "Chefpreneurial" journey off at a premium price point. 🤩 You’re willing to do the work, but if you can minimize mistakes from the beginning, that’s what you are into. You want to get ahead of the curve.

Here’s what your potential clients DON’T care about:

  1. Your Food Cost.

  2. Your Time & Labor Cost.

  3. Your Culinary Degree.

  4. Oversized Portions.

  5. Your ServSafe Certification.

  6. Your ACF Credentials.

  7. Your Material and Equipment Cost.

  8. How many Services you offer.

  9. Inflation.

But there are SEVEN things that they do care about. And that they are willing to pay higher prices for. 🙌🏿 And that’s what you will be building into your brand in the Chef’s Table Experience.

The Chef’s Table Experience is a 12-Month, Executive MBA style group program, where you will build a High-End Culinary Brand, and learn the essentials of culinary entrepreneurship.

Hi! I’m Chef Evelyn,

…and I’m passionate about helping women LIVE, COOK, and WORK on their own terms.

Listen, I know what it’s like to not want to work nights, weekends and holidays.

If you are anything like me, you absolutely LOVE what you do, but there is so much more to you and your life than spending all day every day in the kitchen.

After leaving my corporate career behind to go to culinary school, I knew right away that entrepreneurship was going to be the path for me, but I just didn’t know how.

Every example that I saw, was either running a restaurant (no thanks!), owning a catering company (ummm…..it’s too hot in Texas to be lugging hot boxes around), being a personal chef, or a food blogger. None of those things were really appealing to me.

So after taking job after job I ventured out on my own. I started studying other industries until I found a business model that not only allowed me to work from home, but also allowed me to replace to corporate salary.

Now I’m so excited and delighted to work with women who desire the same in the Chef’s Table Experience.

The Chef’s Table Experience in an intimate group mastermind for women who want to create high-end culinary brands with multiple streams of income and earn money outside of the traditional kitchen.

About the Chef’s Table Experience

Building a high-end culinary brand is like hosting the ultimate formal dinner party.

There is a significant amount of planning and preparation that is required to host a formal dinner party. The same is true for your business. If you want to build a High-End Culinary Brand , you need to be highly strategic and systematic.

A High-End Culinary brand is a business model that doesn’t limit your earnings potential and has been carefully curated to attract high-paying clients. The goal is to work less, while earning more. At this stage of your life you need a business model that is built around your life and allows you the flexibility and time freedom you have been craving.

The Chef’s Table Experience has two main areas of focus: EDUCATION & IMPLEMENTATION.

Culinary Entrepreneurship Education:

You’ve heard the statistic that most businesses fail within 5 years, right? The reason for that, is when you don’t know what you are doing, entrepreneurship becomes increasingly challenging and frustrating. Lack of capital is what most of the ‘experts’ say, but I beg to differ. Lack of capital wouldn’t be an issue if you knew how to consistently bring in clients and generate revenue.

People (businesses) parish for the lack of knowledge. It’s cliche but it’s true. You don’t know what you don’t know. That’s why the Chef’s Table Experience has embedded the essentials of culinary entrepreneurship into the curriculum, so that you learn while you build.

Continuous Implementation & Application:

Wisdom is the implementation and application of knowledge. There are plenty of programs available that solely focus on theory. This is not one of them. How many courses and classes have you taken where you ended up with tons of amazing notes, but nothing to show for it when the course was over?

The Chef’s Table Curriculum leverages the 8-Phase Dinner Party Framework that teaches you, step-by-step, how to build a High-End Culinary Brand, so that you build as you go.

Here’s an overview of the 8-Phase Dinner Party Framework:

Phase 1: Deciding on Your Dinner Party Format

In entrepreneurship it’s important to build a business around your life, otherwise you will end up building another job, that you are always looking to escape from. In this phase you will get crystal clear about your ideal lifestyle and your preferred way of working so that you can build a company and set goals that allow you to live, cook and work on your own terms.

Phase 2: Selecting Your Dinner Party Theme

Every great dinner party starts with a great theme. In this phase you’ll define your Unique Culinary Point of View and uncover what makes your brand stand out from the rest. Your unique culinary point of view, is way more than the genre of food that you create. It also includes what you do, who you do it for, why you do it, and how you do it. This will be used as the basis for your entire business.

Phase 3: Crafting Your Dinner Party Menu

Before you build anything new, you always need a blueprint. In this phase, you will map out your food brand blueprint, that includes the multiple income streams that will be housed under your one High-End Culinary Brand. Think of this as your full menu from appetizer to aperitif. From there, you will select a main revenue stream of what you will be known for. This will be the one revenue stream that you will focus on throughout the duration of the program.

Phase 4: Mise en Place Your Ingredients

Mise en Place is the French cooking term for ‘everything in its place’. And that’s what you will be doing in this phase. Now that you know what you will be serving from the menu of your food brand blueprint, its time to gather all the necessary ingredients to build out your signature dish, aka, your main revenue stream.

Phase 5: Curating the Dinner Party Experience

People may forget the meal, but they will never forget how you made them feel! In this phase you will create your high-end client experience using the 7-part Client Experience Cocktail. There is a huge difference between good customer service and a great client experience. A great client experience is what people are willing to pay more for. Having a carefully curated client experience separates high-end culinary brands from other standard brands.

Phase 6: Designing Your Dinner Party Environment

A High-End Culinary Brand offers a full sensory experience. From the flavors and aromas of the food you serve, to the ways and words you use to communicate with your clients, down to the the details of the imagery and visuals, they should all communicate luxury. In this phase, you will design your brand imagery, craft your brand culture, and build your brand identity.

Phase 7: Planning the After Party

Having a great dinner party is good. Keeping people around and wanting them to come back for more is even better. In this phase you will learn what it takes to cultivate a superior level of brand loyalty. The is where you will set up systems to manage your brand reputation and learn how to develop a strategy for repeat clients.

Phase 8: Invite Your Special Guests

What’s the point of having a party if no one attends? If you don’t tell people about this amazing dinner party (business) that you’ve created and if you don’t invite them to come, then you don’t have a business, you just have a fancy hobby. In this phase, we will design your custom invitations (your sales and marketing plan), so that you can confidently begin bringing in new clients to your business month after month and year after year.

What to Expect during the Chef’s Table Experience

Monthly LIVE Q&A Cafes.

Twice a month the Chef’s Table community gathers for a LIVE Question and Answer session where you can connect with the other members of the program and ask you specific business questions. If for some reason you can’t attend a session, you can submit your questions in advanced and they will be recorded for you to view at a time that is convenient to you and your schedule.

In-between the live monthly sessions, questions often arise. That’s why the Chef’s Table comes with a private community that is NOT on Facebook, so that you won’t get distracted with random cat videos. (not that we don’t like cats, but we’ve got work to do!) It’s also a great place to cultivate relationships.

When it comes to building your High-End Culinary Brand, you need a custom strategy for your business and your specific goals. Inside the Chef’s Table Experience, you will receive personal feedback on your homework, so that you can create a brand that is as unique as you are.

Admittance into the Chef’s Table Experience is via application and interview ONLY.

Just like with the mechanic or the doctor, you schedule an appointment, pay for your diagnostic and are given a prescription of what needs to happen to make the necessary adjustments. The same is true with the Chef’s Table Experience, there is an investment for the diagnostic call, where you will receive a personalized prescription of what you need in order to hit your business goals.

Step One:

Complete the application questionnaire.

Step Two:

Schedule & Pay for your Diagnostic Call.

Step Three:

Come to the call prepared with questions.

OTHER OPTIONS

There are two OTHER OPTIONS THAT YOU COULD CONSIDER to move forward in your business.

The problem is that neither one of these options teaches you how to have a successful culinary business.

ARE YOU A GOOD FIT FOR THE CHEF’S TABLE?

The Chef’s Table is an intimate experience and I want to make sure that you are a good fit for our community and that the program is a good fit for where you currently are in your life and business.

You’re a Good Fit for The Chef’s Table Experience if:

  • You are ready to put in the extraordinary time, effort, energy, resources and work required to live an extraordinary life.

  • You desire to build a sustainable business, and not a glorified side hustle.

  • You take action and implement quickly when you learn new things.

  • You fully understand a successful business is a marathon and not a sprint.

  • You’re not interested in “struggle entrepreneurship” You are the type of woman who believes in getting the support she needs so that entrepreneurship can be an enjoyable journey.

  • You’re not interested in “hustle & grind culture” . You know that you can achieve your goals with grace, grit, guidance and a go-getter attitude.

  • You’re not interested in being an “Instagram Chef”. You desire a brand that is professional and polished and not selling styrofoam plates of food on social media.

  • You’re not a stranger to self-investment. You understand that what you sow is what you reap. What you put into yourself and into your business is what you will get out of it.

  • You enjoy and currently invest in luxury (whether its shoes, skin care, handbags, hotels, travel, theater or experiences) and want to create the same type of luxurious experiences for your clients in your business.

You are NOT a Good Fit for The Chef’s Table Experience if:

  • You haven’t started your culinary business.

  • You desire a product based business, where your products can be sold in grocery stores.

  • You haven't had any paying clients in your business yet.

  • You are on the fence on whether or not this is something that you want to pursue full-time.

  • You're looking for a get-rich quick strategy or need a quick money making fix.

  • You’re in the market for ‘bargain’ and ‘budget’ level business strategy to build a High-End Culinary Brand. #Oxymoron

  • You often say “I already know that, I just need to do it” when you receive coaching & guidance.

  • You’ve taken several coaching programs or courses previously and you didn’t complete them or implement the advice that was provided.

  • You love learning, but struggle with executing and implementing what you’ve learned.

  • You are a glass half empty person. You are generally pessimistic and your first response is usually why things can’t work or won’t work, instead of asking “How” you could make it happen.

  • You are going to pick and choose the pieces of the program that you are willing to do and ignore that parts that make you uncomfortable.

  • You have a laundry list of reasons (excuses) on why you can’t do things and you blame circumstances, everything and everyone else when things don’t go your way.

What’s the Alternative?

You’re smart. You’re good at what you do. And you cook amazing food. That’s a given.

But being a great chef, doesn’t automatically make you great at business.

You can keep doing Google searches, watching Youtube videos until the wee hours of the morning, and you can keep being Inspector Gadget and trying to decipher other peoples’ business strategies. You can keep working 6-7 days a week. You can keep taking on clients that you really don’t want to work with. You can keep following gurus who tell you to post on social media 3 times a day and trying to go viral to be successful.

You could go and find yourself a generic business course or coach for less, who doesn’t know anything about food, and get generic and lesser results.

You can keep telling yourself that you should be able to figure this out all by yourself and wait for an imaginary reward to learning things the hard way.

OR

You could decide that you really want to get serious, bet on yourself and go after the life and business that you’ve been dreaming about for years. You could decide that there is no better time than now, and that you don’t wait another day, week, month, or year to live, cook and work on your own terms. If you’re ready, then apply for the Chef’s Table Experience now.
